The Bill (Reg.№2324) envisages the introduction of the amendments to the current Law, that define the order of the licensing activity in the sphere of nuclear power use regarding the allotment of corresponding licenses cessation their use and kinds of activity that are to be supplied with the licenses etc.
During the Meeting, the Members of the Committee expressed for the upholding of the Bill with the motions of the General Scientific-Expert Administration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraie Secretariat.
From the point of view of national safety interests the People´s Deputies deem it necessary to restrict the activity of foreign juridical person in the sphere and prohibit it for the foreign citizen and people without citizenship etc.
